Salary: New entrant 01/02/26 - Circular 0007/2026

Remuneration:

The New Entrant salary is €37,079 per annum based on a full-time position (39 hours per week).

This position is for 6 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary of approximately €5,710 per annum. Following successful completion of 6 months’ service, the salary will increase to €5,814.73 per annum. Annual increments will apply thereafter in line with the relevant pay scale.

Contract Type: Part -Time, Permanent - Pensionable

Working Hours: 6 hours per week

Annual Leave: 22 days per week  (should hours be less, Annual Leave will be pro rata)

• Appointment is to Kildare and Wicklow ETB.

Proven experience/ability to undertake caretaking duties and groundskeeping. An understanding/experience in electrics, plumbing, and carpentry. A trade qualification would be an advantage. Clean driving licence skills are not limited to the above.
