Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board invites applications for the following post:

Caretaker Including Cleaning Duties (20hpw) required for Baltinglass Further Education and Training Centre, Rear Scoil Chonglais, Baltinglass, W91 F4A9 - KWNT1625/JUN25

Hours may be allocated between the hours of 8am and 10 pm approx, Monday to Friday, 3 days per week minimum requirements to work. (See attached Duties and Particulars of the post). 

Annual Leave: 13.5 days per annum.  Holidays must be taken at times to coincide with school holidays and by prior agreement with management.

Remuneration:

New Entrant Rate: The starting salary is €18,542.05, increasing to €18,917.44 after six months. After that, yearly increments apply. Rising to €20,724 after 13.5 years of service.

• Appointment is to Kildare and Wicklow ETB.

Proven experience/ability to undertake caretaking duties and groundskeeping. An understanding/experience in electrics, plumbing, and carpentry. A trade qualification would be an advantage. Clean driving licence skills are not limited to the above.
