The salary for the post ranges from €41,578 to €66,001 per annum inclusive of 2 LSI increments. The successful candidate’s qualifications and experience will determine the entry level, which will be between €41,578 and €48,634.
Job Objectives
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Instruct courses and assist with the design and development of curricula in Management modules
-
Instruct, coach and mentor learners, in the Management area through traditional class-based instruction, blended learning, and webinar formats in line with syllabus requirements.

Proactively manage all active learners associated with the courses.
-
Use technology to assist in delivering and administering training including Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL)
-
Continuously upskill to ensure that they are keep up to date with latest best practice and theory in the Management area.

Willingness to actively participate in the assessment development process as required. To prepare lesson plans, formative & summative assessments.

Develop effective, interactive, and engaging learning resources, designed to promote active learning and prompt student engagement.

Develop courses that utilise all learning formats including information communication technology (particularly blended learning) to enhance the learning outcomes.

To plan deliver and review all training activities in line with DDLETB Quality Assurance Processes.
-
Review courses to ensure the quality of content being delivered. Schedule, conduct, correct and mark assessment/ tests in accordance with the relevant assessment, referral procedures and carry out associated administrative tasks that are required.

Collaborate with Management and Key Stakeholders to develop innovative and responsive courses for delivery in Baldoyle Training Centre.

Interact with learners and the public in accordance with DDLETB policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
-
Undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

WORK EXPERIENCE: |

2 years' experience in developing courses in management area. |

Delivered management courses for example Business Management, Supervisory Management, Leadership, Conflict Management, Project Management etc. |
