Commis Chef Trainer for Bray Institute of Further Education, Bray, Co Wicklow - KW382/Aug18

37 hours per week

Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board invites applications for the above Training post which may arise in School Session 2018-2019.

• This is a Fixed Term/Purpose Post.
• All appointments are subject to the approval of Department of Education & Skills and the Director(s) of the National Redeployment Scheme.
• All appointments are subject to registration with Teaching Council of Ireland.
• Garda Vetting is Mandatory
• Qualifications, Salary Scale and Conditions of Service in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Education and Skills.
• Appointment is to Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board.
• Shortlisting of applicants may take place.

Job Objectives

To deliver the prescribed curriculum in accordance with KWETB and Department of Education and Skills requirements

Skills Required

Candidates must hold the following qualifications:

• Minimum Level 6 Advanced Certificate or equivalent qualification in Culinary Arts (Level 7 or above is desirable)
• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Training and Education.
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the area of culinary arts and experience of instruction.
